Return Policy

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your Soul Mountain experience please email and tell us about it. We will do our best to resolve any customer satisfaction issues without delay. We’ll even send you a refund of the product price if that’s what it takes.
